Mountain Range - With Skates

The first time I remarked upon Leeds’ Mountain Range, I made a passing comment on how his music must have been time-consuming to produce, albeit wholly rewarding. He confirms as much in the Soundcloud description of latest track ‘With Skates’: Calling it a track that he can “finally put to rest,” it’s the first effort on an inevitably beautiful EP; full of all the evolving ambience and jawdropping sonic experimentation that marked his early tracks. ‘With Skates’ cacophonous closing thirty seconds is the sweetest of crescendos; a work of art with all its fruits laid bare.
