It’s the most apt of names: Tech Coast. Yes, the latter highlights Cooper Rivers’ affiliation with the glo-fi tag and the suitability that his music has for sun-soaked occasions. The former word, however, marks out the core of his talents; his incredible technical ability and finessed style of electronic music, all of which comes to the forefront of ‘Tough Lately’.
