Kai Fish: My Anima (Regal Safari Remix)
Deconstructed into the tiniest little fragments, before unlikely friends are placed next to one another, ‘My Anima’ is the perfect example in how to deframe a track within an inch of its lfe, giving it a new lease. We’re aware of Regal Safari’s promise, but this re-work of Kai Fish (of Mystery Jets’ fame)’s latest single is an astounding work, with sweet milliseconds of sound etched into the surface, somehow coming together to produce something resembling a real pop song.
