Seems an odd time to begin a project, halfway through the year. But it’s been an idea roaming around the ol’ head for some time, and with August being our biggest, most productive month yet, it seemed a good time to introduce to you our monthly, tounge-twistingly titled, Music Fan’s Mic “mix” of August-related treats.
